We specialize in the design, production, and supply of stainless-steel screw feeders and conveyors with high feed rates for ice flakes, small granular, and other dry powders, which are corrosive in nature. Moreover, these screws are also extensively used to convey powders from CHEMICAL, FOOD & PHARMA sectors.
These screws are the result of combining Internationally Proved Design & State of the Art technology and process adopted for manufacturing. These screws can be supplied in TUBULAR or U & V trough shapes, as per the application/customer specific requirement & conforming to European Standards (CE certified).
Salient Features
- Continuous (Helix) & Sectional flight welded on center pipe with variety of pitch. Additionally, there is the choice of customized inlet or outlet connections, which can be square, rectangular or ball socket type. Moreover, the system provides the flexibility of adjusting the inclination angle within the range of 0 to 30 degrees for TROUGH type or 0 to 45 degrees for TUBULAR type screws.
- Our screws are equipped with hanger bearing & end bearings with application specific sealing protection, in line drive mechanism with single or double stage flange mounted reduction gearbox & TEFC 4 pole sq. cage induction motors which can be mounted either on inlet or outlet side. These screws can also be supplied without any Hanger Bearings to handle lump forming powders.
- Offered in a variety of diameters ranging from 114 mm to 323 mm, as well as a range of lengths adapted to meet the precise requirements of our clients.
- The electric motor (4-pole TEFC) is accessible in various voltage and frequency configurations, methodically aligned with the specific requirements of individual countries.
