We specialize in design, manufacture and supply of high efficiency Screw Feeders & Conveyors for conveying/feeding various powders like Cement, Fly Ash, Micro Silica, Ice flakes and other dry powders.
These screws are manufactured with state of the art technology and machines imported from Europe.
Salient Features
- Continuous flight welded on center pipe with variety of pitch, anti-wear coating (for special applications) choice of cylindrical, rectangular or ball socket type inlet or outlet connections with option of inclination angle adjustable between 0-45 deg and vertical.
- Our screws are equipped with Hanger bearings & End bearings with application specific sealing protection, in line drive mechanism with single or double stage flange mounted reduction gear box & TEFC 4 pole sq. cage induction motors which can be mounted either on inlet or outlet side.
- Available in different diameters (114 mm to 620 mm) and lengths to match customer requirements.
- Electric Motor (4 Pole TEFC) is available in different voltages & frequency as per country specific requirement.
