Big Bag Unloader

Cosben Engineering’s big bag unloader is designed for safe and efficient discharge of bulk materials from large bags used in industrial handling systems. Commonly used for materials stored in 0.5 to 1.5 tonne bags, the system supports controlled unloading of powders and granules into downstream processes.

Also referred to as a bulk bag unloader or jumbo bag unloader, the equipment ensures stable material flow while minimizing manual handling and dust generation. It is suitable for a wide range of applications where bulk bags need to be emptied into hoppers, feeders, or conveying systems.

The system is available in multiple configurations to suit different plant setups, including big bag discharge stations for EOT crane handling, forklift operations, and monorail systems. This flexibility allows easy integration into both existing and new installations.

Designed as a complete bulk bag unloading system, the unit can be equipped with flow-aid accessories such as bag massagers, vibrators, and cutting tools to ensure smooth discharge - even for difficult or compacted materials.
