Job Description

  • Ability to quickly build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, Dealers in assigned Territory.
  • Promote and represent the company’s standard and customized product range.
  • Generate new business inquiries from existing as well as new prospective customers/ leads generated through Exhibitions/ Markting Campaigns.
  • Rigireouly followup regularly on submitted quotations and convert them into business orders.
  • Handle complete pre-sales and post-sales activities including dispatch coordination with Internal Sales Support Team and payment follow-up with customers/dealers.
  • Handle customer queries related to technical issues, delivery status, and commercial matters efficiently duly consulting with Reporting Authority.
  • Coordinate with internal Sales Support teams to get the required Sales statistic inputs, pricing policies, technical query resolving.
  • Achieve sales targets through effective planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring under the Reporting Authority.
  • Track market trends, upcoming projects, competitors, and pricing activities & report information to Reporting Authority & Sales Support Team.
  • Should visit going exhbition in the territory & develop/generate the new leads/inquiries.
  • Maintain CRM & ERP updates and prepare MIS reports, Minutes of Minutes in weekly report.

Other skills & experience requirement :

  • Experience in B2B sales of industrial products, preferably in Bulk Powder Handling, Conveyors, Turnkey Solutions Industries, Pneumatic Conveying, or Industrial Pollution Control Systems.
  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering preferred.
  • 3-7 years of experience in technical sales.
  • Strong technical knowledge and sales skills.
  • Good communication skills in English and strong command over local language.
  • Knowledge of CRM/ERP software required.
  • Ability to provide solution based selling to customers. Have a consulting approach that helps build the relationship
  • Must be proficient in MS Office suite.
