Job Description
- Promote and represent the company’s standard and customized product range.
- Quick ability to build strong relationships with existing customers, dealers & new propsect customers in the assigned territory.
- Ability to handle customers independently and effectively close business orders while achieving Yearly sales targets.
- Generate inquiries, qualify leads, prepare techno-commercial offers, and follow up until order closure.
- Handle complete pre-sales and post-sales activities including dispatch coordination with Sales Support Team and payment follow-up.
- Visit customers at least 4 days/week to develop the rapport, understand application requirements, technical challenges,provide suitable solutions & resolving payment issues / recovery.
- Coordinate with the design and technical team at Head Office for solution development and equipment selection.
- Track market trends, upcoming projects, competitors, and pricing activities.
- Achieve sales targets through effective planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
- Maintain CRM & ERP updates and prepare MIS reports, Minutes of Minutes weekly basis.
- Should visit going exhbition in the territory & develop/generate the new leads/inquiries.
Other skills & experience requirement :
- Experience in B2B sales of industrial products, preferably in Bulk Powder Handling, Conveyors, Turnkey Solutions Industries, Pneumatic Conveying, or Industrial Pollution Control Systems.
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in technical sales.
- Strong technical knowledge and sales skills.
- Good communication skills in English and strong command over local language.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and team-driven personality.
- Knowledge of CRM/ERP software required.
- Ambitious & self starter with a strong ability to motivate others.
- Must be proficient in MS Office suite.
