Aditi Manduskar is a dynamic entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience building and scaling ventures across industries, including software development, technology consulting, OOH digital marketing, mechanical engineering, manufacturing, and e-commerce. She began her entrepreneurial journey by founding blueMango solutions, a software development company at the age of 23, demonstrating her passion for innovation, leadership and a drive to create impact-driven ventures from the ground up.

Aditi has led international market expansion into North America, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, driving strategic growth and establishing a global footprint for her ventures. Among her achievements is the founding of Aditicrafts.com, an e-commerce-driven social enterprise that empowers underprivileged women by providing sustainable livelihood opportunities—blending business success with meaningful social impact.

A graduate of the Executive MBA program jointly offered by IIT Mumbai and Washington University in St. Louis, Aditi combines academic expertise with hands-on leadership to deliver transformative results.
