Job Description

Product Range & Its Functionalities Understand our product/service’s technical features, functionalities and benefits.
Documentation Develop and deliver technical documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications and product training sessions.
Pre Sales Support Provide pre-sales support by answering technical inquiries and participating in sales meetings.
Client Needs Analysis Collaborate with Sales Managers to understand client requirements, conduct needs assessments, and recommend appropriate engineering solutions.
Proposal Preparation Support the development of comprehensive technical proposals, including specifications, pricing, and relevant documentation.
Collaboration Work closely with the engineering and product management teams to relay customer feedback and ensure alignment between client needs and product capabilities.
Sales Strategy Support Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and client engagement.
Market Research Whenever required get information about industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to support sales efforts effectively.
Post Sales Support Provide post-sales support to customers, including technical troubleshooting and customer training, ensuring their satisfaction with the product or service.
Participation Participate in sales meetings, trade shows and industry events to promote our products or services.

Other skills & experience requirement :

  • Proven experience of 1-3 years in sales of mechanical engineering equipment.
  • BE/Diploma in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering. (Mandatory)
  • Prefered candidates with experience in Material Handling industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying technical information clearly.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and relevant products.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Preferably from the process industry, chemicals, pharmaceutical equipment manufacturers, or project consultants (mechanical equipment/process industry).
