Job Description

• Cosben is seeking a motivated and technically adept Senior Accountant to join our team. He/ She will be responsible for handling accounting and taxation tasks on a day-to-day basis.
• Oversee and manage the accounting and compliance team, ensuring their skill development through training and supervision.
• Implement systems and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounting processes.
• Independently prepare and file various tax returns, including GST and TDS
• Prepare comprehensive financial statements, such as balance sheets and income statements, to provide accurate and timely insights.
• Accurately record all financial transactions in accordance with accounting principles and reconcile accounts to maintain consistency.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial reporting and ledger maintenance.
• Assist the finance team in preparing various management reports.
• Coordinate semi-annual audits and actively participate in the audit process under the guidance of the CFO.
• Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and accounting principles.
• Demonstrate proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Possess strong analytical skills to identify and resolve accounting issues.
• Effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
