Cosben Engineering designs and manufactures vertical screw conveyors for efficient upward movement of powders and bulk materials in industrial plants. These systems are built specifically for applications where material needs to be lifted vertically while maintaining a compact and enclosed setup.
Used as a vertical screw elevator or vertical transfer system, the equipment is suitable for handling materials such as cement, fly ash, micro silica, sand, dolomite, gypsum, and other free-flowing powders. The design supports stable conveying even in processes where continuous and controlled material flow is required.
The system consists of a tubular enclosed casing with a rotating screw, allowing material to be lifted at a 90° angle. This makes it a practical solution for transferring material between floors, feeding elevated equipment, or loading into silos – especially in plants where space is limited.
