Built to Wet Down Dust Before It Leaves the Plant

Cosben Engineering’s dust conditioner is designed to control and stabilize fine powders by mixing them with water, making them easier to handle, transport, and dispose of. In many plants, dry dust – especially materials like fly ash or filler – can create handling issues, airborne pollution, and material loss. A well-designed dust conditioning mixer helps address these problems at the source.
Also commonly used as a fly ash conditioner, the system combines feeding and mixing in a single unit. The first stage controls the material flow, while the second stage ensures proper mixing with water through specially designed paddles. This allows simultaneous mixing and humidification, resulting in a stable and manageable output.
As an industrial dust stabilizer, it is widely used in applications where dust needs to be conditioned before disposal or reuse, helping improve plant cleanliness and environmental compliance.
