Built to Give You Clean, Controlled Bag Unloading

Cosben Engineering’s bag dumping station is designed for safe and controlled manual unloading of powders and bulk materials in industrial plants. It is commonly used where materials are received in bags and need to be transferred into hoppers, conveyors or process equipment with minimal dust generation.

The unit functions as a manual bag unloading station, allowing operators to open and discharge bags efficiently while maintaining a clean working environment. It is suitable for handling both small and large bags, making it a flexible solution for different plant requirements.

The system typically consists of a bag dumping cabinet with grille and bag support, mounted over a hopper. A specially designed hood encloses the dumping area to help control dust during operation. When supplied with a dust collector, the unit includes an integrated filtration system with pulse jet cleaning and a fan arrangement for effective dust extraction.
