Job Description
- Manage daily activities of operational sales support and customer service.
- Knowledge of Export Documents.
- Assisting the sales team with all order processing & dispatch procedures.
- Creating quotes, processing orders in a timely manner, planning deliveries, processing requests for an expedited delivery of rush orders, review customer pending items and ensure absolute 100% customer satisfaction and delight.
- Responsible for timely updates & communication to customers over email.
- Will need to multi-task and handle queries over phone, email and update the details in the ERP system as per the defined processes and other operational requirement.

- Must work in an organized way with excellent time management skills.
- Needs to possess good communication skills with excellent command on written & spoken English & local languages.
- Must be proficient in MS Office suite.
